  • One teaspoon of coffee agar agar powder (2 g)
  • ½ liter of vegetable drink (coconut, rice, oats, etc.)
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut (100 g)
  • Two tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil (optional) (30 g)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Honey bee (to taste)

Preparation:


  • We beat the vegetable drink, grated coconut, coconut oil, cinnamon and honey. We can try the mixture to see if it is good of sweetness and taste.
  • We put this liquid to cook, turning it with a spoon from time to time. Once it starts to boil, we leave it for a minute and turn off the fire.
  • When it is warm we can put it in the individual containers and keep in the refrigerator.

  1. Apple and pear puree

The apple and the pear are two ideal fruits to take as dessert, so we propose to cook them as puree. It is a very healthy and satisfying dessert, rich in fiber and low in calories that, in addition, does not need any added sweetener. We can cook the fruit in the oven or in a casserole with little water, after chopping it. We can also add some nuts, raisins and spices such as ginger or cinnamon.



  1. Coconut and cocoa candies

Many people, rather than a dessert, want something sweet and, if possible, with chocolate. For them we have these healthy chocolates.


  • 1 cup of pure cocoa powder (125 g)
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin coconut oil (75 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation:


We only have to mix the ingredients at a slightly hot temperature and place the preparation in a ice cube that, once warm, we will enter the refrigerator. The chocolates will be ready in half an hour.



  1. Sweet avocado cream

Among the healthy desserts we highlight this cream of avocado, very easy and highly nutritious. This fruit is rich in protein, fiber and fatty acids, so it is the ideal complement to our food.


Ingredients:


  • 1 very ripe avocado
  • ½ cup coconut milk (100 ml)
  • Vanilla extract
  • Honey bee (to taste)

Preparation:


  • We just have to beat the avocado well with coconut milk, vanilla essence and honey.
  • The result will be a delicious cream similar to a custard.


  1. Carpaccion of orange and strawberry

Ingredients (4 people):


  • 2 naranjas
  • orange juice
  • 8 fresas
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • cinnamon
  • 10 gr. of brown sugar
  • mint (to decorate)

Preparation:


  • Peel the oranges, cut them into thin slices and spread them on a wide plate.
  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into slices. Spread them on a flat plate. Reservation.
  • Mix the sugar with the orange juice, with a splash of vinegar, a splash of oil and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well. Let the sauce stand for a few minutes.
  • Distribute the fruit in a dish and water it with the sauce. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Decorate with minced mint, a mint leaf and serve.
