Holy Week is approaching and many of us begin to worry about looking good during the holidays. The fact is that we know there are no immediate changes, but there are some techniques that can help you feel and see better than ever, starting with the first: food.
Of course, the first thing is food, but you know that exercise is a great ally. Add activity to your day-to-day life, from leaving the car and walking or subway to work, climbing the stairs instead of using the elevator, taking a walk after eating, installing an elliptical machine at home, sticking to the fashion of the spinning, playing with the little ones ... all add physical activity and subtract calories at the end of the day.
